What stays on your device
Your progress (completed chapters, stars earned, settings) is saved only in the local memory of your browser or phone. It is never transmitted to us and disappears if you clear the application data.
What we receive
- Anonymous counters. We count game events (games started, chapters completed, shop screen opened) as totals. These counters are not linked to any individual and cannot be used to identify you.
- The weekly leaderboard, if you choose to participate. In that case only, we store the username you freely choose, your score, and a randomly generated player identifier. You are not required to use your real first name. Leaderboards are kept on a weekly basis.
In-app purchase
Full access to the Course is purchased as a one-time payment through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is processed entirely by the store: we never see your payment method, your name, or your address. We use the RevenueCat service (RevenueCat, Inc., United States) to determine whether a purchase is active on your device, which involves transmitting an anonymous technical identifier to the store and to this service.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no advertising trackers, no advertising identifiers.
- No resale or rental of data.
- No profiling, no automated decision-making about you.
Data retention
Aggregated counters are kept indefinitely since they do not relate to any specific individual. Leaderboard entries are kept for the current season and past seasons, and can be deleted at any time upon simple request.
Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you may request access to, rectification of, or deletion of data relating to you, as well as the removal of your leaderboard entry. Write to contact@permis.online : as we hold neither an account nor an address, please specify the username used so that we can locate the entry. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Children
The game is not specifically aimed at children and does not knowingly collect any data relating to them.
Changes
Any changes to this policy will be published on this page, along with the updated date.
