Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the game "Le Réflexe Priorité", on the permis-online.be website as well as in the mobile application, published by Permis Online SRL, 64 rue du Congo, 6890 Ochamps, Belgium (BCE 0762.894.409), contact@permis.online.

Permis Online SRL is a private company, independent, with no connection or affiliation with the SPF Mobilité, examination centres, regions, or any other official Belgian body. The game does not issue any certificate and does not replace the official theory test.

What the game is

A training tool for reading traffic situations in Belgium: right of way, traffic lights, road signs, road users, and offences. The situations are generated and the explanations written based on current Belgian regulations. We review them carefully, without being able to guarantee that they are exhaustive or up to date with every change: in case of doubt, only the official texts are authoritative.

Free access and full access

The first three chapters of the Course are freely accessible. The following seven are unlocked in the application through a one-time purchase, at the price displayed on the purchase screen in your account's currency. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel: payment is made once and access remains available on the devices linked to the store account used for the purchase.

The purchase is processed by Apple or Google depending on the platform, and is subject to their own terms and conditions. Refund requests must be made to the relevant store, which is the only party able to process them.

Right of withdrawal

This is digital content provided immediately. By confirming the purchase, you request this immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your fourteen-day right of withdrawal once the content has been unlocked, in accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law. This does not affect the refund policies of the stores.

Leaderboard

Participation in the weekly leaderboard is open to all. We may remove without notice any username that is offensive, hateful, misleading, or impersonates a third party, as well as any score that was clearly obtained by fraudulent means.

Ownership

The game, its engine, its texts, its visuals, and its brand belong to Permis Online SRL. You may use it for personal use. Any reproduction, extraction, or commercial exploitation without written consent is prohibited. Road signs and pictograms are governed by public regulations.

Liability

We make every effort to ensure the game is available and accurate, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. We cannot be held liable for a failure in the theory test, nor for the consequences of a decision made solely on the basis of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, particularly in cases of fraud or gross negligence.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the district where Permis Online SRL's registered office is located shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules that apply to consumers.
